The phase of the moon known as the "dark moon" is a time to banish negative energies from our lives as well as to cleanse and bless our personal space. This is where our team name comes from. We are a team consisting of different faiths and beliefs and as such we understand and respect all paths.

At Dark Moon Paranormal we understand how difficult it can be to reach out to a group like us and we want to make the process as painless as possible. We promise to offer confidentiality, professionalism, and personality to every case we investigate. During an investigation we kindly request that the client(s) remain onsite but out of the areas of investigation. This is for their own safety.

We bring various recording devices to your home to capture evidence of paranormal activity. Anything we capture will not be shared or published in any way without express permission from the client. Information is only shared within our group of investigators. More sensitive cases can be handled by the founders alone and will remain in complete confidence.

We are not amateurs. We have many years of experience investigating paranormal activity. We want you to feel comfortable during these uncertain times. We want to not only help you understand your problem, but also offer our expertise in ways to handle your specific situation. We will work to not only prove but also debunk any and all information provided to us. We will provide you with copies of any recorded material you should find. If your problem persists past our initial investigation, please don’t hesitate to reach out and we will do everything we can to help.

We never charge for any investigation. It is difficult enough to reach out to a group like us and we don’t want money to be another roadblock to your getting answers. While we are all close friends and like to have fun and make light of trying situations, we understand your fear and the seriousness of the situation.
